UNIT 29 - Production schedule

UNIT 29 - Risk assessment

UNIT 29 - Weekly production log 6

We had edited the scenes we had shot into the music video and we now have the start of the song ready, my group had discussed other places to film as filming in just one place wouldn't be appealing to the audience and viewers as it would get boring for them. This led us to look for other locations around London which we thought would be eye catching and interesting. The locations we came up with were The Shard and Canary Wharf (city). The reason we chose this would be that it looks very attractive to the eye at night when all the lights are on, furthermore the shard has a really nice view however getting to the top requires a fee of £20.95 each + student ID, for this reason we weren't sure if everyone would want to come so we decided that we would only need three people to go film, the main characters Aimee and Selim and someone else to film. In the end we had decided that we will not be going ahead with this idea as it was a little far fetched and the price is too high to spend on a music video/venue just to film for 1 hour.

UNIT 29 - Evaluation of focus group

UNIT 29 - Weekly production Log 5

During this week since it was the half term break we had all decided to meet up and get some shots filmed for the flashback scenes in the music video. We had done this at Hyde Park as it suited the genre/style we wanted to approach within the video. There were some problems we faced such as bad weather and some last minute changes to the cast. We had chosen Selim to play as the role of the main characters boyfriend. This surprisingly worked out well as Selim is a good actor and we were yet to see Aimee's (the main character) acting which turned out pretty well. We had got some good shots which were edited into the music video.

UNIT 29 - Weekly production Log 4

This week we had chosen the character for the main role which is the woman, the person matches the description of the artist very well which is a white female. This would suit the artist best as the audio sounds like a woman and would suit the whole ideology better. We are yet to decide on timetables with this girl as she does different subjects and we do not know her timetable.
